FLORIST CROSS STITCH

Hello, welcome back to our blog. In the previous article we shared 2 cross stitch patterns to commemorate Mother’s Day. This time we will also share 2 more cross stitch patterns. The pattern we will share is a florist cross stitch pattern. You can get both patterns for free in this article.

One of my dreams is to have a flower shop but at the moment it hasn’t come true so I started by drawing what I want my florist to look like. Then I turned it into a cross stitch pattern.

I enjoyed drawing the two florist but the process of turning the pattern into a cross stitch pattern took longer than the patterns I usually make. When making the pattern I changed the colors several times until I got the color I wanted. I also experienced the process of making this complicated pattern when making the Rafflesia Arnoldi flower pattern. Please visit the article here to get a free Rafflesia Arnoldi cross stitch pattern.

Are you curious about our flower shop patterns? Then let’s go straight to the first pattern I made.

FLORIST CROSS STITCH 1

sketch

We drew this flower shop from the front like the sketch you see above. On both sides of the florist there are two identical lamps. Meanwhile, at the top of the shop there is a FLORIST board and yellow flowers.

We didn’t picture the inside of the flower shop. On the outside there is a shelf with three levels containing 6 cacti in pots. Then next to the shelf there are three large vases containing pink, yellow and blue roses. And at the top of the rose there are three hanging vines in a pot.

On the other side of the front of the shop there are three large vases containing red, orange and blue tulips. Meanwhile, two pots containing vines are hung above it. What do you think of this flower shop picture? Beautiful isn’t it? Not only is it beautiful in sketch form, the image above is also equally beautiful when made in cross stitch embroidery form. You can see some photos of the finished florist cross stitch below.

FLORIST CROSS STITCH 2

sketch

Our second image also shows the front of the flower shop. However, this image has a different concept from the first. In this image we want to depict a flower shop seen from a close distance through a window.

The outside of the shop is lined with twelve potted plants filled with cacti and succulents. Meanwhile, the inside that can be seen from the outside window contains various kinds of flowers arranged in large vases. These flowers are sun flower, rose, tulip and chrysanthemum. Below are some photos of the second florist cross stitch.

FREE DOWNLOAD PATTERN

The second florist cross stitch is no less beautiful than the first, right? You can DOWNLOAD this pattern for free here. The yarn we use is more than the first pattern, namely 34, but you don’t have to make it the same as ours. Be as creative as you want.

The two florist cross stitch above are not only complicated in the process of drawing and making patterns, but the embroidery process also takes longer than the patterns we have shared before because these two patterns have complicated designs and use threads of many colors.

However, after your cross stitch is finished, you will feel that it is comparable to the beautiful cross stitch embroidery you get. Save your cross stitch in a frame and then stick it on the wall to add to the beauty of your home.

Apart from the two patterns above, you can also find other patterns that we made on this blog. If you like simple flowers read the article 10 simple flower cross stitch patterns edition 1 here or if you like cacti read the article 10 cross stitch patterns cactus edition 1 here.
